uudb Terms and Conditions

01. General Provisions

uudb ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment service that provides sports betting, casino games and related services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "player") and uudb.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement. In the event of any dispute, these Terms shall prevail. By using uudb's services, you agree to the following:

• You are fully responsible for your own account and all activities conducted through it.
• You will provide true and accurate information and update it when necessary.
• You are bound to accept any changes to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

1.2 Nature of the Service

uudb is an entertainment platform. There is no guarantee of income from betting or gaming here. Players are always encouraged to bet within their means and responsibly.

02. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use uudb's services. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

The following information must be provided accurately when opening an account:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• A valid and active email address
• A Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of birth (to confirm you are 21 years of age or older)
• A strong password

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your own. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

uudb may request account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. A photo of your national identity card or passport and proof of current address may be requested.

03. Age Verification and Identity

uudb is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Providing services to minors is strictly prohibited and we follow a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

3.1 Identity Verification Documents

Any one of the following government-issued documents is acceptable:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving licence
• Birth registration certificate (for proof of age)

3.2 KYC Process

In accordance with international financial protection standards, uudb follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Additional documents may be requested for withdrawals above a certain amount or for large transactions.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

uudb supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The maximum deposit limit is set by uudb and is subject to change.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• For unusual transactions, additional time may be required for a security review.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

uudb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• The bonus must be claimed at the time of making the deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required for the bonus to apply.
• The total amount of the bonus and deposit is withdrawable after completing 20x wagering.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed with bonus money may not count equally across all games — please refer to the terms of the specific promotion.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within a set time limit.
• uudb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Reload and Weekly Bonuses

06. VIP and Loyalty Program

Loyal members of uudb receive special benefits through the loyalty program. The program has four tiers and members can move up to higher tiers through active participation.

Promotion or demotion in VIP tier is based on criteria set by uudb. Consistent active participation and regular betting activity helps maintain and improve your tier. Inactivity or breach of terms may result in a tier reduction.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uudb platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Opening or operating an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Collusive betting with other users.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.

08. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by uudb

uudb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence or suspicion of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• If you do not cooperate with the verification process.
• In cases of long-term inactivity.
• As required by legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Closure by User

You can contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Any ongoing bonus wagering will be considered void at the time of closure, and the original deposit amount will be refundable.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Break

09. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uudb is not responsible for the following:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Inconvenience caused by problems with your device or network.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party, if you have not followed proper security practices.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable events (Force Majeure).

9.1 Service Availability

uudb strives to provide 24/7 service, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. uudb is not obligated to provide compensation for such interruptions.

9.2 Game Results

All game results are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. It is not possible to interfere with game results. uudb is not personally liable for profits or losses from gaming.

10. Privacy & Security

uudb gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your data and financial information secure.

12. Terms Changes

uudb reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

12.1 Effective Date of Changes

Changes to the terms will take effect from the date of announcement or from the date specified in the announcement. Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

The latest version of the terms in effect will always be available on this page. Older versions no longer apply. In case of any ambiguity, this version as written will be considered final.
